Through the Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) program, the Blended Visa Office Referred (BVOR) program, the Joint Assistance Sponsorship (JAS) program, and the Government Assisted Refugee (GAR) program, refugees who are sponsored and resettled to Canada may receive a Transportation Loan.
