Costs for dependants that are over the age of majority in the community of settlement (adult dependants) are reflected in a separate tab from the principal applicant, spouse, and minor dependants. The combined costs for the entire extended family unit are provided at the top of the calculator, with a breakdown provided on each tab. Please calculate costs for the principal applicant, Spouse and minor dependants tab before adding an adult dependant.<\/p>\n
Please note that calculations should be revised if there is a significant change in the sponsorship. Sponsorship costs could be affected by such factors, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

- change of address, including contact information<\/li>\n
- change of lease amount, including increase in utilities<\/li>\n
- employment or change of employment<\/li>\n
- pregnancy and birth of a child<\/li>\n
- dependant reaches age of majority in community of settlement<\/li>\n
- principal applicant or dependant reaches age of senior in community of settlement<\/li>\n
- arrival of dependants (e.g. One-Year Window (OYW))<\/li>\n
- marriage<\/li>\n
- separation or divorce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
