The Blended Visa Office-Referred (BVOR) program is a partnership between the Canadian government and regular community members in Canada (Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents).<\/p>\n

BVOR Sponsors provide financial support (with some assistance from the government), emotional, social and other key settlement supports that help refugees get a good footing in Canada and to break the isolation of being resettled to a new country alone.<\/p>\n
