Refugees participating in the <\/em><\/span><em style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>BVOR program<\/strong><\/em><em style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00a0 cannot be named by sponsors, refugees overseas also cannot apply to participate in the BVOR program.
